If for any reason you are not satisfied with your color analysis session, we encourage you to speak with your consultant immediately. We are committed to addressing any concerns and working with you to ensure you receive value from your experience.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booked session, the following policies apply:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: You will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled session: You will receive a 50% refund of any prepaid fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No refund will be provided, but you may reschedule for a different date subject to availability.
  • No-shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Ryxanordokhelax

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances such as consultant illness, emergencies, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible via phone or email
  • You will be offered the choice of rescheduling to another available date and time or receiving a full refund
  • We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred rescheduling options

Rescheduling Policy

We offer flexibility in rescheduling your appointment to better suit your needs:

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No fee will be charged for rescheduling to a new date.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: A rescheduling fee may apply, or the session may be treated as a late cancellation.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed within 90 days of the original booking date.

To reschedule your appointment, please contact us via phone or email with your original booking details and your preferred new date and time.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation made within the timeframes specified in the Cancellation Policy above
  • Cancellation of the session by Ryxanordokhelax
  • Technical issues during virtual consultations that prevent the service from being delivered
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed color analysis sessions
  • Digital products delivered electronically (such as digital color guides)
  • Physical products (such as color swatch books) that have been opened or used
  • Sessions missed without prior notice (no-shows)

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, the following process applies:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our contact address
  • Please include your booking confirmation number, date of service, and reason for the refund request
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking

Gift Certificates and Vouchers

If you have purchased or received a gift certificate or voucher for our services, the following terms apply:

  • Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Gift certificates may be transferred to another person
  • Expired gift certificates may be honored at our discretion
  • If the service price has increased since the gift certificate was purchased, the holder must pay the difference

Packages and Special Offers

For clients who have purchased service packages or taken advantage of special promotional offers:

  • Partial refunds for unused services within a package will be calculated at the full retail price of services already used
  • Promotional discounts may not apply if services are refunded individually
  • Package services must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase
  • Unused package services may not be extended beyond the original validity period without prior agreement

Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about our services or disagree with a decision regarding your refund request:

  • Please contact us in writing with full details of your complaint
  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days
  • We will investigate the matter and respond within 14 business days
  • We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and in good faith
